Can't Buy Tractor |

I have gone through all the levels. The tractor is unlocked but as soon as I buy the last item (plants), it tells me the game is over and the tractor is locked up. If I buy the tractor before I buy the plants, the plants get locked up.
Can anyone help with this. I'm so frustrated. |
