Valerie Porter not working

Hi
I downloaded OK but game will not run. I just get a brief flash of a Black box. When I try to unload my BFG site locks up and I have to close using Task manager.
Any ideas how I can delete please?

Welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to get your game to load up! From what you described in your post, it sounds like this could be a graphics issue that could easily be worked out with some updates to your system.
