Wong's Goons

Where are Wong's goons in Lightning Bluff? I've walked the entire map, killed the bandits hiding in the rocks, found the treasure ... but I'm still being told to kill the goons, and I can't find them anywhere. Do I need to just wait around until they show up?

It wouldn't let me go on until I hired deputies. You need to hire two new deputies, no matter how many you already have.

I am having a problem with this too.. I cant get to the top portion of the map :-(

To get to the top part of the map you have to


use the irrigation tool on the rocky slope, it turns to green grass

Wong's Goons are in the north of the map so you have to go through the rocks by irrigating the slope!
