not happy with game time stood still

I bought the time stood still game last weekend and I have yet to play it. I can not figure it out, what to do, no instructions, and then it tells me I need to buy another item with all the info in it for playing the game. I fell I really should never buy a big fish game period without the 60 minute trial. Sorry but it was a waste of my time and effort to even down load time stood still and a waste of my money when I have other games I would enjoy far more. Is there any way to straighten out this matter. I have been with big fish for over a year now and first time so unhappy. thanks for letting me growl a bit.

contact BF about it. i bought the game Remedy and had problems with it. Bf replaced it with a different game. they were very helpful. i think Remedy and time stood still are from the maker. i don't like their games.
