Wire on pulleys.

Got the pulleys on conrrectly but the wire won't attach. Went to the walkthrough and all it says is to attach the wire to the pulleys. ??? Also, do I need to get the fire escape working before I meet the kitten's owner?

Although the walkthrough says put pulleys in outermost holes, you have to put in the hole closest the building, leave a pulley hole, and use the next. Same with the bottom, leave one pulley space in the middle. Then wire will work.

the kitten's owner will be in the window, the second one I believe. If you click on the window, she'll lean out and say thank you.
