Game problems

After having the game for a year or so, I decided to try it again. When I open it, I cant get it to go to full screen, I just have a little 3x3 box. Anyone else have any issues with it?

I don't get a full screen either. The box I get is closer to 6"x6". Which makes it very difficult to see the game and play it. Kind of a bummer because I enjoy the game play of it. Just can't see due to the limited size of the playing screen.

I'm having the same problem with the little screen with limited curser capability,
AND worse than that, now it keeps causing my PC to blue screen crash.

Does anyone know the solution?

Also, I can't complete a level in the "A" group. I go to all the locations, but when I get to the door, I can't go on. I'm not sure if it's because the game is faulty, or if I'm missing something.

I have a problem as well - only downloaded the game today, and it isn't right. I have uninstalled, and re-downloaded, but teh problems remain.
In addition, there is an access violation error message - is the game worth pursuing??

Hello you need to reduce your screen to around 800 x 600 I had that problem too and that solved it for me. If you are able to (depending on your graphics card I use a radeon from ati) set your card to change the aspect ratio in your settings that way the screen changes to the right size automatically and then back again when you have finished playing the game.

You need to adjust your screen size to 800 x 600 and you will also need to disable your antivirus programme whilst playing the game, that will stop your violation message.

This is an old game set your screen size to 800 x 600 try playing with your antivirus switched off during gameplay only and remember to switch it back on after. (I have for gotten once) try lowering the Mhz on your graphics card to below 60

Your blue screen problem could be that you need to update your graphic card drivers and direct x

Hi i have the same problem i cant even open the game just downloaded ie today says cant open full screen. have you been able to fix it yet.

I found a solution for the window mode only problem that worked for me. I just had to reinstall the game on another computer and each time I launched the game I got the window mode only. No option for full screen was available.

Look for the file called LauncherApp in the game folder in Program Files. Use it to open the game instead of using the BF game manager. When you use it you will have the option for fullscreen or window mode. You will also have options for screen resolutions. Mine is set for 800X600 which is what I believe the game was designed for. I haven't tried any other resolutions.

I also sent a shortcut to my desktop for the LauncherApp for convenience. It also ran just fine with my virus protection on.

Excellent, LadyReah! Your solution works and is easy to do. In Vista, go to Computer, C drive, Program files (x86), The Three Musketeers, click LauncherApp (use the one with the Three Musk. icon, select full screen and Play. I always learn from our savvy gamers here.

Really happy that your game is running correctly now. Three Musketeers has been a favorite of mine for a long time and I go back and play it often. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

I am in section A level 3 I think. I am in a tall round room and climb a lot of ladders. I think I have hit every ladder. I have the key. I went back down to the main level and cant get out. Obviously, wrong door. Where is the right door???

Loraia, you will definitely need to go up to find the door with the exit. Do you remember if you found the place with the axes (4 or 5 of them if I remember)? If so, then keep going up from there. If you still need help or need more help, let me know. I can write a detailed walkthru for you.
