Phone in Toy Shop

Hi, this is my first post and I am stuck.. I can not get a dial tone on the phone, I guess I need to know how to connect the telephone wires.. I have the phone # but cant do anything with it.. If anybody can give me some tips I would soooooo appreciate it.. Thanks..

Connect the wires. If you get stuck, see the stickied Toy Store - Workroom/Telephone thread. To get a dial tone afterwards, click on the telephone cradle. All of the obvious numbers are red herrings.

Would anyone know how to light up all the wires for the lights to the phone?

How do I find the picture that i need to wipe off with the rag?
Can not find it anywhere? if someone could help> thanks>

If you've not connected the telephone wiring, the rag is a long way off.

alrighty...um...i need some help from somebody...PLZ!!! i am playing return to ravenhearst and ive gotten the telephone number for the workroom phone, but i cant seem to get the wires connected because all i understand from doing it is that everytime i turn on a couple bulbs it starts to flickr and then i have to start all over. it is annoying when i dont even know what im doing...plz plz...someone help me!!!
