Six Words to Win - Word Puzzle

Ok I am stuck I cant get the 6 words!!! Any hints??

i think i did , tide, wide, diet, stew, west, wets, side...etc...sometimes it helps if you start with say side and think of what rhymes with that word. Hope this helps.

There are different sets of letters, so it's not just the same 6 words each time.

Just remember the middle letter does not move, so try to work around those first. Get your 2 center words first and then just move letters around them.

kinda makes you wish you paid more attention in English class, huh. heehee.

All six words have a common theme e.g. one set is for film types "musical, romance,western etc". Another is food types "cheese, sausage etc". Birds "starling, robin, parakeet etc. If you manage to get one of each of the six words and find the theme it does become easier

If you get out of the puzzle and back in, you get a new set of words.

Seems like a few are confused which "word puzzle" this is...it's the one with a block of 9 letters, with the middle one being stationary...you have to make 3 words across, and 3 words down. Here's some solutions I've taken notes on so far...but feel free to add to the list...

SAD
ICE
NEW

*across = sad, ice & new...down = sin, ace & dew

HAM
ICE
PEN

*across = ham, ice & pen...down = hip, ace & men

GOD
ANY
GEE

*across = god, any & gee...down = gag, obe & dye

BAR
ONE
ODD

*across = bar, one & odd...down = boo, and & red

BAM
ARE
YET

*across = bam, are & yet...down = bay, are & met

BEY
ARE } same letters as previous one, just another solution
MAT

*across = bey, are & mat...down = bam, era & yet

GAY
EWE
MET

*across = gay, ewe & met...down = gem, awe & yet
