bought game..

Hey BF people, I bought this game and for some reason it keeps telling me to BUY it and I have BOUGHT it! I have the receipt in my email and all that.
I shut it down thinking there was a glitch somewhere and it has to be BF because it is not counting that I bought the game! HELP! And why is it doing this?
I want my game! Like NOW please!
If you need the email, I can email it to you...but, gee, the email is automated and won't allow it!!
I need help now and some CREDIT in this department. Thanks.

Look at the purchase history in the game manager of games that you have bought. Re-install it from there. Hope that works.
