stuck on level 35 - SOS

Hi, Can't get the ball to the upper part. Got the fan to work on the ball but how do you rise the ball up ?

The weight pulls on the seesaw which knocks the ball down into the bucket, the balloon then lifts the ball and bucket, At the top right, the fan then blows balloon, bucket and ball left and the blowtorch will burst balloon so bucket and ball fall into collection area.
