I have ordered and paid for Jewel Quest II. I cannot open the game. It keeps telling me there is another game running. However, I have logged off my Mac, restarted, and still cannot get it to open. I get a message that it is ready to play, but when I click to open, it indicates another game is running, and Code 809 is the cause. I follow all the directions, but still cannot open it. I have sent numerous messages but no luck. Can anyone help me?

Jewel quests 1 & 2 keep changing my screen resolution and making it all stretched and ridiculous. Its tiny if not in full screen mode, too small to really see with eyestrain.
I couldnt change the settings, no matter what I did it was the same or worse.
Then I did a diagnostic... and guess what? Despite my pc being win 7, and the game being supposedly compatible.... the pc says it isnt! I have 32 bit win 7, I even formatted and reinstalled to see if there was any hardware issues. And I contacted **** games but they kept saying it must be my graphics card. Rubbish!! I have the most upto date one for this system, and other win 7 games work great... just certain companies like ****.
Why did they have to spoil things by forcing settings like this? When I played it on XP in the past it was brilliant.

I didnt realise the company would be blanked out. Just to clarify, the blanked bit is a company name.

I load the game, the screen goes black, the sound starts, the screen stays black. This makes it real hard to play the game!!! Whassup??? • MacMini, OSX 10.11.5
