Farm Frenzy 2

Hi can anyone help please I'm getting stuck on powder street 4. There don't appear to be any bears to sell, so you can't get enough points. And powder Street 5 I'm missing gold in a second, been on this level now for a couple of days and It's driving me crazy.
I sell the chickens and leave just one, before the game starts. Then sell the two bears that appear first, then grab an egg to make the powder before I do that the lorry is on its way back with the points I need to make the bread, but before the bread is done I've always flipped over to a miniute 22 secs. However anyone has done this in the 1.04 that's suggested is behond me lol.
Can anyone help please?
