Where's my forged items?

I forged two items that do not appear ... did I miss a note about them being stolen or something?
If you know why forged items don't appear sometimes please let me know. And a big Thanks in advance.

It is also possible that the items were 'ruined' ... I wasn't paying close enough attention.

I think they are ruined. Or you could've sold them and not remember...
Forged items only dissapear when they are ruined.
