Hope Lake

Since the original forum for this game is locked, I was advised to create a new discussion.

I am almost at the end of the game and can't find the switch for the winch. Have looked everywhere; the map doesn't show any available actions. Keep getting messages: look elsewhere; there's nothing here.

Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.
