Stuck on Level 24 |

I must be dumb....I'm stuck on Level 24 Group Tiles - I simply cannot figure it out. There are no instructions either - HELP - I have searched and searched the net, found nothing. Can you please tell me how to get past group tiles. Thanks all!!
