If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Tried the demo and enjoyed it so I purchased the full version. However even though the Big Fish app recognizes the game as "You own this game", the game itself keeps reverting back to the cut scene right before the screen that tells you to purchase the game. No further progress than that. On a PC with Windows 10.

I'm sorry to hear that there is some trouble progressing through this game. It is possible that even though the app is stating that you own the game, it is still in trial mode. I'm going to include a link below to a help article:
