You might be past this by now. Sorry.
Just click on the fish that you want to move. It will give you information about the health of that fish. There will be a button that says transfer fish. If it is in color, press it and that fish will be moved. But if the transfer fish button is black and white, then you need to wait until you sell a fish and there is more room in the tank you are transferring the fish to.
