so tired of [Removed by Moderator] customer service from bfg,,i remember when they were steller

bought this game, error access violation, filled out form, got auto reply, then a email saying "so sorry you are having problems with bfg casino !!! wait what??? have since sent 4 emails,,asking if they even bother reading emails, been a few weeks,,nothing....guess this is what happens when a company no longer cares about its customers

how the heck do you get a refund for a bad game in this site,!!!!started a new tickect,,,,and got the same reply about the stupid casino...[Removed by Moderator]

I have had the same issues. Sent a ticket sooo many times and just get an automated response. Whenever I respond to that, I just don't hear back from them. Tried over four times now.

It's absolutely shocking and getting incredibly fed up. How on earth do you get an answer???

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with contacting Support.

midnyter5555 - From what you've described, it sounds like you might be writing in from a link via Big Fish Casino, which is why you may be receiving general replies regarding Casino.

nicrox - Since you're seeing an access violation error, I recommend trying the steps from this help article:

Access Violation

If either one of you would like additional assistance, we recommend that you contact our Technical Support Team HERE with a Dr. Felix Report.

When contacting Support, you may receive a general reply, as you've experienced. To make sure that our Reps will be able to contact you, please take care to reply directly to any emails you receive from Support, even if it's a general email. If a reply from you is not received, the system will automatically close your ticket. Additionally, we do not recommend writing in multiple times in quick succession regarding the same issue, as this will push you further back in line. To maintain your place in line, just be sure maintain your original email thread, replying to all emails you receive, as explained.
