Dark realm princess of ice. Need help finishing carriage.

I am now almost finished the destroyed carriage.

There is one more loose coin, and the hint button wants me to drag it to the bottom left of the scene... But nothing happens. I need one more gem to open the trunk.

I hate going to reply to my own. I'm having trouble and cannot use the game. I sent several messages to big fish games support technical issues, and ask them to respond. I got one response about the problem they're having with big fish casino. That was not my problem. That was not my game. I really Would like some help with this, because I am spending bucks every month for these puzzles and when they get stuck and can't be used it's upsetting. Does anybody have any in with big fish games customer support?
