Lost Secrets: Bermuda Triangle - Released on September 26, 2008

Sounds great, but I could not get it to work, all I got was a black screen and the music, for 15 minutes. Reading the other reviews, I didn't miss much. Are you going to fix it???

i could not get this game to work, it read access violation!

Try submitting a help request to the Tech Support Dept. at BFG. They are astounding! On the rare occasions when I have had a problem with a game I purchased from BFG, I have sent a Tech Support request and they can solve the problem. They made me realize that I needed to update my drivers on a regular basis (I do, now.) and that has helped a lot, in itself. I played the demo of this and had absolutely no problems (the mini games with the "remote operated sub" ran fine). I have Windows XP Home Edition with SP3.

Game wouldn't work for me either. Just a black screen with sound.

This game worked fine for me...I realize most of this forum goes for the really hard HO games and won't like this one....But as a person who plays games for fun rather than aggrevation I really enjoyed it as did my 12 yr old nephew and 8 yr old grandson....If you just want to have a good time then I say give it a try.

yea black screen and music for me to! Obviously need to bugs worked out!

I got the black screen with music and some kind of error.

Try changing the screen resolution to the lowest setting . That usually works for me

If you are getting a access violation you need to up-grade you video and graph card.
A older computer can't read some of these new games. I have had the same problem.
I solved my problems with a new computer with a killer graphs card. The service dept
did try to help me, we even upgraded my old card but it wasn't enough. Good luck

I'm wondering how do you update your drivers and does it really help?

They always tell you to update your drivers. No help for me as there were no updates for my particular driver. So, that doesnt always work

As Msblueyes wrote, changing your resolution could solve the problem, it's worked for me before. I've had no trouble with this game. Game is running beautiful but looks like it could be a real easy one.

My computer is pretty new....Can run any other game but this one!!! Plenty of hard drive space, defragmented, cleaned, etc......like I said no problem with any other game and I own 47 BF games............

used up 15 mins of trial version but like most others, nothing but a black screen and a violation error.
I've contacted tech support but so far, no response. and my pc is fairly new. Changing resolution didn't help either.

well i finished it and i really enjoyed it, a great storyline and not to hard lol!

I updated shockwave and then game worked really well. Very easy but good story line.

My PC runs Vista and I download using Firefox. Played the demo with no issues.

I recommend if you have technical issues, you run and save your dxdiag file. Then, email Tech Support explaining the issue and any error messages you may have gotten ...and attach the dxdiag file. It helps them troubleshoot the issue more quickly if they know how your pc is configured. Good Luck
