error

something is wrong with this game. I get as far as the mini sub game then I get an error. It reads---Access violation at ox004183ea tried to read oxcdcdcdd5, program terminated.
I have many hide n seek games downloaded and dont have problems with them.
Any suggestions?

On the few occasions that I have had a problem with a game I purchased from BFG, I have emailed their Tech Support department and they are amazing. They will work tirelessly to come up with a solution and, frequently, it will turn out to be something really simple like updating your drivers which you can do by downloading the updated versions free of charge. You are not alone,,, I have had to reboot twice because I became stuck in the mini sub game and on the third go got the error message.. don't know,, which is why I am here! Hopefully they will fix the problem soon,,, since I am not sure whether I want this game or not. Usually play the hour to try it out but with the glitch I am losing time to do so.

This happened several times, then it just got stuck. I heard the game, but never got to play. I had to turn off my computer to get out of the game. Control, alt, delete did not even work. I uninstalled the game, and probably will not reinstall, unless they fix the problems.

Same thing happened to me. I have now played the first three pages (I know where everything is by heart!) but freeze on the sub game. Each time it kicks me out and I lose my progress. Before my third try I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but it still froze. I did write to BigFish so I will check back here if I get a solution.

I had the same problem. I played the game through for the hour and did not have a problem with the sub game. When I decided to purchase it, it took me back to the beginning. When I got to the sub game, it froze. Uninstalled it and downloaded it again, but still have the same problem.

Has to be a glitch in the get-go. I can get only to the beginning where it says play, options etc. Then it goes black with an error ovoo421461 (tried to read from 0X00000008) program terminated. I uninstalled and reinstalled..same thing, only says i have used 2 minutes just trying to get it started.

Same error here, have just not tried to play again, hope they fix it soon as well!

I don't even get an error message. Just a black screen with underwater sounds as soon as I hit "play" or "options."

I'm past the mini sub game and having no problems with the game at all. It could be your resolution because that was the same problem I was having in another game. It might be worth a try to all try switching from full screen or vice versa.

I, too, cannot even get into the game -- either the error message, or the black screen. Have no problems with any other game. Will be watching this forum, hoping they might update so I can try again. I, too, have used 2 minutes of my free 60 minutes just trying to get into the game. Darn, 'cause this one looks good!

I have the very same problem. Gosh, I hate to buy a game and then get an error. If they don't get it fixed fast I might be asking for my money back. Have no problems with any other games I have downloaded from Big Fish Games, but this really is making me upset.

I just tried switching to full screen resolution and it worked. Thanks for the suggestion!

I'm already in full screen and correct resolution but I got stuck twice and the error message. Hope they fix it soon. I'll be watching this forum, too.

Well, it DID work, that is, until I got to the next sub level where I got the same error.

I got the same thing with an error message. I got as far as the main screen where it gives you the play, option, or quit and then my screen went black, i could hear the game but couldn't play it, it just gives me an error. I really hope you fix it so I can play the game. thank you

im the same honey, i download the game and it says i got 60 mins to play i click play and pc shut down with a violatin and has to reboot ............disapointed as i love hidden object games x

As soon as anybody knows how to solve.Let us know.
