downloading game

I'm trying to download a game for the one hour trial but does not let me do so it states that I'm not connected to the interneet when I'm connected

Don't worry, even if you do manage to download, it probably will freeze up on you! They're apparently having a lot of problems with this one - check out the other three topics in this game, you'll see what I mean.

send an email into to tech support either if you can't get the game downloaded or if you find it doesn't run well.

I"m sure that they'll be able to help

I got the game downloaded, but it won't play on my computer. What the heck!!!!

Have tried many times to download, always get access error.

i tried the free trial and it froze at the treasure maze i only got about 6 minutes of play when it froze

I can hear the game but thats it, definately a hidden object game as in you cant even see the game nevermind the objects lol

It completely froze my pc,only way out was to hit the power button

Glad im not the only one having problems. I wasted half my free time trying to get it to work. Hope they get it sorted and we get a full 60mins trial.

Here's another post of the same one as down below. I contacted tech support and that's what they told me to do in their post. I beat the game and saw the ending. If you all don't want to try what they told me to do fine. Just sit there and cry about it.

i am getting the same problem.when i download the game. when i go to play says
error does not regonize file please help.

I did download the game Lost Secrets Bermuda Triangle but did not get to play it. The screen would go black after I click PLAY. I talk to bigfish and they are trying to get the company that made the game to fix it and do another game.

I got it to work after resizing display to 600 x 800

I was a bit naughty and skipped the submarine mazes (think theres 4 or 5) but did the other mini games and completed it within the hour
