If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game downloaded fine and I played a while without any problems, but got an "access violation" a little ways into the game. Also, the word "saving" was always in the lower right hand corner of the screen. Why? Windows XP.

I am on the hidden object at the Carter House. I am needing to cut the sails for the sailboat to finish and I am unable to pick up the scissors. Help please.

Trying to rearrange the labels and cannot move the salt label. Any ideas?

tons of glitches in the killers house - no longer able to move.

I get stuck at the cemetery. When I used the hint button it takes me back to the gate of St Louis Cemetery, and from thence I have no place to go. I try the map, but it only shows me where I have already been. I have no pins showing places where I have tasks to do.

I tried uninstalling the game and then re-installing it. The same thing happened.

How to I move on? I find this very frustrating. :-(
