About error message

I personally do not have one problem with the game. My game is running smoothly and beautifully. Please make sure everything on your comp is up to date. Make sure your shockwave, Adobe Flash Player, Java, and your DirectX is up to date. I was told this a while back when by Oberon Media and saw I didn't have the current DirectX on my comp. I put it on and sure enough problem solved. Please Read the system requirements for this game and if it doesn't meet on of the requirements most like you will get that error message. That error is annoying as all get out. I all ready went thru 4 submarine mini games and no glitch. Honestly I don't think it's the game and if BFG said make sure everything is up to date please do. Like I said Oberon Media told me the same thing and it worked like a charm after. Unless the things I mentioned above aren't up to date or you don't meet the requirements to play the game, there's nothing BFG can do. Different games sometimes requires different requirements even though they're the same genre (type) of a game. Once you have made sure everything is up to date uninstall and then reinstall the game and see if that helped. Thank you.
