If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

I am playing the test game (pre-purchase) and I believe this is a tech issue that is preventing me from going fwd in the game. On the first "page," if you will. The frame is in the front of the mansion with car and guards station. According to the strategy guide there is an item in the evergreen tree to the left of the stairs leading to the mansion. However, there is no magnifying glass allowing a closer look or pick up of the item. I would consider purchasing this game, but not with this glitch. Can you assist?

I am towards the end of game (I think) The hint button has stop working. Help please.

I am in the backstage of the opera house. I pulled one of the set handles (wrong one) and now I cannot move them so I am unable to get the paints. The hint button has also stopped working. I am using OS X El Capitan.

Help! I am having same problem -- I'm also backstage at the opera house and hint button has stopped working. I'm stuck. Thanks.

I cannot seem to go past the office the Hint button always brings me back to the table and I cannot do anything with it.
