Packing Street 1 can anyone help please?

Can't seem to get the packing house to work. I've used the plane to get the things I need but I can't seem to get It to work hope someone can help

you've definitely got the packing trays (the white things) and not the sugar bags? AND got the processed bacon as well? (the meat from the pigs needs to be made into sliced meat first, then bacon, and only then can it be used in the packing trays).
