Fan Street 3

So apparently no one is having a problem with Fan Street 3 (since there is no post about it), which is kinda making me feel like a tool... but what can you do.

Anyway, obviously there is something I'm missing. I've tried a variety of strategies... selling 1 pig for grass and making packaged meat and butter as fast as I can and then selling all animals when I have almost enough for an Ostrich... I've tried selling a cow...

But no matter what I have tried, I can't get an Ostrich before 5 min. And I can't make 8 fans in 2 min.

Ok, for this one, what I did was immediately sell off all the pigs. When the truck gets back, upgrade your warehouse all the way and the truck twice. Process milk to butter and sell butter. Keep doing this until you have about $50,000. When you do, sell your cows, and keep processing the milk that you have left. This should get you an ostrich at about 3:30-4 minutes. Once you get that done, you can process the feathers as the ostrich drops them. Click on the fan shop to process them faster.
Upgrade your fan shop as you sell off your fans because the bigger the shop the faster it processes ONE at a time (which is all the more you will have from your single ostrich.

How do you get all the animals to not starve to death while waiting for that first shipment of water?? Any other suggestions for the level? TY!
