Light bulb fitting

Cannot find the final light bulb fitting for the draw bridge. Can anyone help me by telling me on which level it is. The only level I haven't completed is the loading bay, so I think it has to be there somewhere but cannot find it.

The light bulb is on the floor of the loading dock but will not release to the inventory block. I have tried going back but to no avail. Cannot complete without bulb. Any hints how to get bulb?

Stuck here too....I have gone back a few times now and the blog walk through des not help.
It is suppose to be on the shelve leaning on the door...but I cannot find it.
