Please help me withthe detective level-I finished cryptogram, got requisition form-but can't seem to get past the cryptogram-I checked ice and gallery-this is killing me!!!!

Did you click on the tiny box on the requisition? Once complete, put it in the mail container and take it to the room with the desk and click it onto the repaired mail systeml. If you haven't repaired it, you'll need a pipe from the other room where you got the container ... take it back and reapair the pipe.

Where do I get the container? Where do I get the pipe? I have a wrench! I have reset the puzzle. Is there a certain order that I need to collect things?

Both the container and pipe are in the same room as the cryptogram. Look on the upper right wall for the pipe. Use your wrench to remove it. The container is on the table, Looks like one of the tubes you use at the bank drive-thru
