This game is fun as you have to build up both a cake shop and a house, however, it is VERY short. I beat the whole game in about and hour and a half, and that includes my free hour trial. I was really disappointed when 30 minutes after I bought the game it was over... oh well, just be warned, it is short.

Have to agree. Have never before finished a game so quickly. When I saw her driving off at the end I was hoping it was to a new shop. Liked the idea of building her house, but cafe remained drab with only different types of food and drink available. With another level added we could have furnished out the house as well as spruced up the cafe.

The hour trial seemed fun - and I did like the way you could choose whether to upgrade the house or the cafe. Seemed like it moved pretty well, but if there wasn't much after the free trial, I definitely wouldn't buy it. Seemed cute, but I didn't buy it without knowing that, and now I definitely won't!
On the other hand, it is a nice small game for those that are concerned about space and for what it did, it did pretty well.
One of the things I was curious about was whether the type of house you get changes based on what you focus on first or whether it always ends up the same. I noticed, for instance, that initially it gave me several lawn/gardening options and those went away when I focused on the house. Just idle curiosity really.

The house remains the same, there is no changing it depending on what you focus on. Enjoyed the hour trial, however was rather disappointment when 15 min after I purchased it, it finished. Pity!

Thanks for letting me know about the house!
That would be disappointing - I'm glad I didn't end up purchasing it.
Felt that way about one of the CSI games when I did buy it. Deleted it once I finished it in disgust.

I feel like I got swindled out of my money. The game was way too short. It took me less than 3-4 hours to complete the entire game. The graphics were good, building the house was cool, but you expect another level and there isn't one. You expect for it to get more difficult and it doesn't. You expect your $7.52 to give you more play time that 3-4 hours and it doesn't. I am still working on passing Cake Mania 3....which I don't even want to say how many hours I have into that game, and this one is not even close to that challenging. A big disappointment for me.

I liked this game a lot. Very similar to Burger Shop, which I also liked. I would've liked to have seen a mode that allowed free play once you finished the game. I also agree that it was too short, and maybe a tad too easy. I like this type of game, though, so I did enjoy it.

Way way way to short. I also finished it a half an hour after I bought it.

Even at $7 I think I was ripped off.

Boooooooooooooooooooooo

Very very well made and fun game.

Very very short, and really not worth a purchase beyond the free trial.

While playing it I was excited that it was basically the same as Burger Shop but without some of the annoyances that it had. Once my trial was over I wanted to buy it right away but a nagging thought in my mind told me I might be almost done with the game after an hour. There was no indication that you would move to a new shop and the building of the house made it seem quite permanent. Considering how close I got to finishing it on my free trial I thought, "No way is this the WHOLE game."

But sadly, it is.

I tried the demo and enjoyed the game, but now knowing that the game is short and has no free play time I dont think I'll buy it. If they come out with a second version of this game that has more levels, and free time I may buy it. I enjoyed this game b/c it didn't fusterate me like the Diner Dash games can, the pace got more difficult gradually.

I know this sounds ridiculous but I sat and waited for it to start. I pressed enter and tried to click on the little empty red banner still nothing is happening. How do u start the game?
