pedestal not completing!

I've gotten all of the pedestal pieces, and all of them will go into their slot on it, except for 1.

The piece that goes into the upper left corner will not place, so I can't finish the game. Have been trying all day, and am about to ask for a refund on this one.

Take off all gems, and put them again as showed in the lamp: red, blue, etc. After this, the piece will be accepted.

have the same problem as DeepRanger, wrote down the jewel sequence
from walkthrough, no luck,,,the top left piece will not stay.

I agree - game finished except for that one piece (upper left) that won't stay in place. Help.

Had the same thing happen to me, got very frustrated with the whole game.
Started from the beginning again, same thing. Grrrrrr. Got the last piece (top
left) to place. Just kept clicking it on the right place and PRESTO!!! it went in.
Might work for you.

How do you reset the gems so you can place them again if you made a mistake?

I am having the same problem. I reset everything and everything fit but the left upper corner and the piece to the right of it. this is very frustrating

bimsquid is right, just keep on clicking, eventually it will stay. Good luck

Same thing happened to me. Most anoying. I just kept on clicking until it finally worked. Must be some kind of glitch.

Not working for me either! I keep clicking, but it's not working. My gems are in the correct spots.

I got the upper left one ok, but I can't get the one next to it -- top row center left.
