help on 9-3

can anyone help me i'm stuck on 9-3 and i tried joys way but didn't work so if anyone has another way please help.

Are you on the last level of the game. I have 2 more to go and came close to going to last level tobeat the game. Everytime I come close to where I have only one or two houses to build and game over boom I'm out of time. NOt sure how to beat this level. But what I always do is buy expensive furniture and build one goal house then I just let the money run to the goal then build rest of goal houses. So far came close only one house left to build boom. Hmm I guess I'm gonna have to try to find new tricks.
