Can't run the demo - Mac

I'm running on an Intel Powerbook with 10.4. Anyone else have this problem?

I have intel based IMac, won't run for me either. Does anyone know what the problem is or if/when it will be fixed?

I have the same problem...emailed for help and they provided a link to update my Mac and the link didn't wok either. I had no problem with the collectors edition demo..

I don't think the problem is my computer, but rather their game. I want my money refunded for this one.

Haven't had any issues like this with any of their other games..

Hi dandelion22,

If the suggestions they gave you didn't help you get the game running, please write them back and let them know. They should be able to assist you further.

For those that haven't done any troubleshooting yet, here is the article for troubleshooting games on a Mac:

Mac Game Errors

If the suggestions in that article don't resolve the issue for you, click on the "Contact Us" link on the left side to send an e-mail to Customer Support. Provide them with that crash report that you got and let them know what troubleshooting you've already tried.

I have contacted the help center with all of my information and reports and did all of the updates recommended and it still won't run, and my demo is now down to 30 minutes from when I had the crash report open and was copying information to different places. Am I even going to be able to try the demo at this rate?

Heard back: They've sent it back to the developer and are calling it a known isue. When an updated version is up they'll make an announcement in the forums.

It's good to hear that it just wasn't my Mac having a problem!
I had no problem with the CE version, but got the error message every time with the other version.
I spent a couple of days trouble shooting my MacBook Pro thinking something was wrong with it, so as I said, I'm glad it the game and not my laptop.
I hope they fix it soon, I was really looking forward to this game!
