Where is the Wire to Build Potter's Wheel? |

I'm nearing the end and have to build the Potter's Wheel. I need 1 more wire. No hand icon to tell me where to find it. I'm at the hut and see what I think is a spool of wire near the table. Can't seem to pick it up. Anyone else have this problem? Or do I need to go somewhere else?
