Multiple problems with this game--has anyone noticed any of these?

I know people have had some of the same problems I have had with this game, such as not being able to save, but I have had so many problems with this game that I'm not sure if there are multiple glitches or if it is just very badly designed, so I'm listing all of the ones I've had:

1. Cannot save a game at all--no matter what day it is when I end the game, if I go back in, I have to start from Day 1 all over again.

2. Game moves on to the next day even if you don't reach the sales goal, but you don't get any of the money you made for the previous day. If you don't make enough money, the option "Retry?" appears, but when you click on it, you're moved to the next day, which often gives you an even larger sales target. Not only that, but when you go in to restock for that day, you find that you weren't given any of the money you made for the previous level since you didn't reach the goal. If you have enough saved, it's not so much of a problem, but eventually you hit a point where it's impossible to advance because you just don't have any money to buy more pets to sell.

This is the part that makes me wonder if there's some kind of glitch going on; I've never been moved on to another level in a game when I haven't completed the goal for that level, you usually never get to move on unless you complete the level. Also, if you can't get at least some money if you are being moved on, eventually you can't restock, and that ends the game then and there. If it's not a glitch, it's a very poor design.

3. Days skipped completely--the last time I played, I finished Day 40 unsuccessfully, and when I clicked the retry button, the next thing I see is a screen saying I didn't finish Day 41, then I'm moved to Day 42 when I click the retry button.

I uninstalled the game after the last time I played; it was just too frustrating to play with the various issues. I'm very disappointed, because it starts off really well, but it seems there's just no way anyone can play this game and reach the end successfully. Other than the "not-saving" issue, which I know other people have dealt with, has anyone else encountered these problems?

hey when i first downloaded the game, I had some trouble saving.

tech support suggested i delete the profile that i was using and then create one with exactly the same name (sounds crazy right?)
the thing is, when I went to play the game again, all of the progress i had made was there - maybe missing a day or so - and it saved my progress from then on.

it's worth a try

The only problem I had was the game wasn't saving. I found on this site, to delete the profile and restart. It worked for me.
