Bald Eagle help

The last step in examining the bald eagle escapes me. The hint reads: "Use the scalple to remove absess from the oral cavity." or something like that. I understand what it's telling me, but I don't see this "absess". Clicking where I think it is only hurts the animal, or so the score is telling me.

Can anyone help please?

Hello Masquerade32! When you are using the scalpel, are you using it on the discoloration on the eagle's tongue? That's where I scrapped, and I was able to complete the level. Try that, and let me know if it works for you. Good luck!
