mystery case files

does anyone know if their is a new mystery case file game coming out soon for pc

THE Big fish teased us saying it would be a ******** release. While we're not sure what ** means, we're estimating Nov/Dec because of number of asterisks. And based on timing of previous releases, we're guessing in November shortly before Thanksgiving.
...PS BFG, it would be absolutely wonderful if we could get in time for my October birthday.

He was teasing us yesterday. He had been playing the new game. He didnt even tell us the name- just Mystery Case Files 5. Due to be released in "xx weeks" I wish I knew what that meant.

Yeay, I played most of the Ravenhearst demo last night and will definately be adding that to my collection.

I'd like to see the game sooner than later too. Seems like a reasonable assumption that it would be out around the normal time frame if they've been consistent with the other releases.

I started replaying this game tonight in preparation of the new one coming. I'd forgotten how nicely done this particular HO was. Even though I've played the game once, the puzzles still challenge me. And the background noises get really creepy when you play the game in the dark.

The door puzzles in this game are terrific. I just got really bored with the jigsaw puzzles.

I agree, I always give a big sigh when the jigsaws come up.

I so agree! You'd think that I'd remember the sequences for the door puzzles since I've played the game before. In the Surveillance Room, I'd forgotten to touch the fly for the venus flytrap and sat for the longest time thinking "wtf?!".

I love Emma's haunting voice in the background: "This is not my home..."

...oh...maybe we'll be playing part of the new game at Emma's home???

That's a very interesting conjecture and a great lead-in to the new MCF 5.

I'll keep playing Ravenhearst throughout my day and see if at the end there's somthing that stands out that may be the tie-in to the new one.

I'm sure they'll have something from Madame Fate. (after all, they did sneak her into Million Heir) I've racked my brain trying to figure out the details of Ravenhurst and Madame Fate. Can't wait for MCF5.

Basically, everyone died - except the detective - in Madame Fate. Not sure how that could be tied in ... but since it's my favorite ... I wouldn't mind.

guessing here- the detective is the long lost heir to Ravenhurst?

I always suspected there was a long lost child ... maybe the detective? oh the web of speculation spins out a little more ...

In looking at the picture on the website....it looks the same as the print for buying 12 or more games this month.

It is different from the Ravenhearst house.....at least by the picture shown on that page on the website.

Descendant. That does play into the Brownscomb association in that her mother was a descendant from the Mayflower.

It is similar and very well could be the mansion. But I swear that picture is just a screenshot of the MCF site Home page. Looks like it to me.

It is! Maybe the picture on the Octoberfest is just a red herring..
