This game is unusually long and contains many locations...thank goodness there's a map!!! I don't really care for FROGs but those parts of the game were not difficult, just too many of them for my liking. It has some challenging puzzles. Very different and unique game play with quality graphics. A good one to add to your collection.

Lousy Game Play, Non existent story and bad movement

[Post New]by mlk2 on Apr 9, 11 7:24 PM
I downloaded the game to try after thoroughly enjoying Briar Rose. Instead of the same engaging game play I found a really stilted user presentation, no story and tasks that were just mundane and not interesting.

I deleted the game after playing for about 10 minutes. This really was a disappointment.

Really enjoyed this game!! Not disappointed at all!! One of the very few follow-up games that matched first story in interest, challenge, and great story line. Most get worse as the games continue the series, but this one is great!! And, I have discovered that I really, really enjoy morphing objects!!!!! WOW!! Those things really add an extra punch to a game!!!!!!! MORE,MORE!!!!
Money well spent here. Need more good games. We have been most spoiled by Big Fish. Just as one thinks they have reached the summit in games, they throw us for a loop with a great game like this. Keep up the good work Big Fish!!!

Sadly to say I found the game very tedious, same old going round and round. The FROGS were so similar it was just a matter of clicking on some things which looked like they shouldn't be there and then locating the last couple that were hidden. Not a great story line, same old stuff really with a few twists like the morphing objects.

Oh well, back to Briar Rose.

This is def the best game ever, even better than Briar Rose, I am desperately waiting for the part with Snow White. I bought the game (first time ever without even testing it because I already knew Briar Rose) and was not disappointed. I started playing the game and was not able to stop until the end. Then I showed it to my boy friend (who does normally not like games) and he started playing and did not stop til the end. It is awesome, the graphics, the sound, the story, everything. Until the Dark Parables Series appeared my favourite was the Drawn Series. Sorry, now it is only rank 2 :-)))) I wish other developers would look at the game seeing you must not have dead and blood and murderer and vampires for having a great game. Hope you can pass my compliments to the developers, thanks for this wonderful game!!!

Hi all,
I was waiting for a sale to buy The exiled Prince, because I loved Briar Rose so much. Bought this yesterday and I'm loving it!
I have to say I was not that much of a fan of the fragmented **** scenes but I am getting used to them and it seems to go with the game well.

I knew this game would be a buy for me, as I loved Briar Rose. The music is lovely and the graphics are great; nice and clear. It also has a good storyline. Sometimes the objects were easy to find, but other times a little harder. I enjoyed the minigames too. They are not too difficult but do get you thinking, and they are a little different than the usual HOG's. I found the game to be lengthy, which makes it more worthwhile. I actually bought the game without trying the demo first, that's how confident I was about it being a good game. Am looking forward to the next Dark Parables. Thank you devs....I give this game

I don't claim to be the smartest player and I play these games for fun, don't want to have to "strain my brain". But.....I may have to give up on this one, I am stuck at the cottage with the apple tree. The walkthru doesn't help. If anyone can give me helpful hints, I would appreciate it. If not, then I guess this game is to much for me.

Just finished it and have to post a rave review! Lengthy game, which is what I like. Beautiful graphics and music. LOVE the fragmented object games!!!! Was able to play with almost no hints at all, and only 2 times of having to fall back on the walkthrough. Can't wait now for their next game. This is a definite buy.

I don't especially like FROGS but i liked this game as well as Briar Rose. I also liked both Enlightenus games from this same developer- lots of action, logic, scenes and things to do. would love to see more from these guys.

I have now played 'Exiled Prince' and 'Briar Rose' and enjoyed them both very much. Have I missed any of the Dark Parable series? If not, may the next one arrive soon!

Many thanks.

I enjoyed the game and the lovely object d'art but best of all last night whilst mid game I went to the casino (a once a year thing) saw a frog prince machine and won $40 on it.
Thank you frog prince and big fish.

The Blue Tea developers have done it again! This is a fantastic, awesome, and challenging game! The graphics were beautiful and the story line was like a fairy tale. The fragmented objects (FROGS) were a welcome change from the standard hidden object game. The only negative for me is that the Strategy Guide was not as detailed as the Walkthrough. Two or three times I was stuck on finding a solution and had to go to the Walkhrough because the SG was too general and therefore, not as helpful. This is a minor issue given the fun and enjoyment I received from the game. Thanks BF for bringing it to us!
