Woohoo just finished the game-my score was161265-is that a high,average or low score? I wonder who has the highest score so far? 
Many congrats to Big Fish Games for giving us this game-absolutely brilliant

Congratulations- now can you give a tip on how to find the Crowbar in the game
after the pipes I used all the hints and it keeps pointing to the statue and ther
is no crow bar to be found - please help and again Good JOB

You will need the lever from the screen with the big spider...

1I did everything and they still didn't drop untill I hit the instruments one more time

once you find the right instrument and height- adjust the metronome til they dance. Then you will get the eye

Timekeeper, ..place instruments on the stools in front of snake. The instrument is correct if the snake sways.
...Click the instrument until the snake rises to the mark on the wall that matches their rattle.
...Change the metronome until the snakes sway together; I think it's the 1 o'clock position. Good Luck.

Hi all.. First post here. But just had to say "Yay! I just finished!" What a beautiful game..stunning graphics and music
Was so surprised to see i got 227,092 which is 3rd place on my first go!
And i was also wondering about penalties, cos i used a lot of hints (in the mini-puzzles too) so it's still not very clear what they're based on...
Sorry melszoo, i don't have much advice about those pipes.. (think it was one i used my hints).. but good luck! Hope you can work it out..

I, too, just finished the game! Came in at 5th place with a score of only 187, 016, which I of course hope to better, naturally. 
I'm still trying to get to the Strategy Guide though, if anyone can direct me how to get there. 
Someone asked about re-doing the game in order to better their score...I'm not sure, so don't quote me, but as with all the other games of this type, I think that you have to delete your character first, then create a new character (when you delete old one, you can then type in that same name, otherwise it just takes take you back to the ending of the game) using that very same name if you like. Then because you've already succeeded in beating the game, it should be easier the 2nd, 3rd, etc. time around, so you should improve your score each time you play.

Okay, folks...disregard that last paragraph as I just went in to see if the game would automatically start over using the same character, and guess what?!?!? It DID!!! Hot damn!!! So you don't have to delete your character and then recreate it after all, like you do in the other hidden object games. Go figure! Maybe BFG finally got a bit smarter and realized how annoying that is. I'm just glad you can finish, click "Play" and it starts over!
Just tried it, and had to come back out of it, to let you all know, since I wrote what I did earlier.
