I was lost too, for the longest time. Then I tried what my hubby the fireman says to do when you enter a building that's full of smoke. Stick to the right. Always turn right and eventually you will find the right place to find the hawk, That will be the K in the first of K-I-N-G-A-R-T-H-U-R which when you follow those letters you will end up at the door with the skeleton key.

If you have not distracted the guard yet- throw the coins at the water cooler jug on the left.
Cut the tent open and the key is on the little table. It opens the box with the wire cutters

Slide the top bar until one of the centers light up yellow?- the slide the side bar until it turns green. Then move the center square over the lighted on and it will fall out. Repeat for the other three

Having the exact same problem. the top left symbol is green, but cant get it to drop out. what am i doing wrong-it's drivung me nuts. please help.[quote
