Luxor Won't Activate Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I have three other BFG's that activated without a hitch. I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x64 edition. I found this in the Windows Event logs:

I get the same error everytime I try to activate Luxor. There are lots of possible causes but since the other games installed without a problem, I think that perhaps Luxor is too old and perhaps uses certain programming techniques that violate Data Execution Prevention rules. As a result, I think DEP prevents Luxor from running. Has anyone else encountered this?

I have had the same problem since Dec. of 09 when I got a new computer with Win 7. I was told they have to upgrade the game to work on Win 7 but it has been a while!!!!!!

i have had the same problems and big fish is working on updating the game. just keep on the lookout in their forum as to when it will happen. good luck

Dang! I wish they'd hurry with the update - I miss this game! Seems to be the same issue with Luxor 2.

Still no activation joy!
