Exactly the same issues with the SE as with the CE, making it impossible to play. I'm glad I played through the demo to the glitch and did not waste money or a coupon as I wasted money on the CE. This is a real disappointment, because I had looked forward to playing the game, but once again, when I come to the chocolate maker, there's just a big white blank.

Game wont get of the first screen. Keyboard mouse nothing works it is stuck there delete re install no good and big fish customer support is useless.TOTALLY USELESS. Any body with a hint or a solution please post it I would most grateful.

Using Windows 8.1
I am in the attic. I collected a scarf among other things from a hidden object scene. I now have to match the items I have with their counterparts in the wardrobe scene. I put all the objects back where they belong, but the green scarf I had has disappeared and I cannot put it onto the hanger with the matching green hat. I need to do this so I can get the code for the box in the wardrobe. I am so angry that I got this far in the game only to get bamboozled.

Using Windows 10, game was working fine until I went upstairs and my screen showed the picture double. I uninstalled, everything is updated. This appears every time I go to that area. What can I do ? Redrose70 or (NANC) I would like an answer to this question Please.

I had a similar problem at the same point in the game as CyndiLouWho2. Although my my item was not the scarf but the yarn. I too could not move on to solve the code - could probably have guessed it by that point, but the game won't let you do that.
