Knots.

I CANNOT figure out how to drag the knots to each other to just get one in the old wing of house... HELP please

I feel your pain!! That was the one mini-game I could not for the life of me figure out by myself. I went to YouTube and found a play through (not in English but good) that worked very well to get me started.

This puzzle is kind of a variation of a checkers game. It's not "dragging" the knots, it is jumping one knot over another strategically until you only have one left. There are lots of puzzles like this with disks or stones on a grid. It's just like those. I have never seen knots and this configuration before. The word "drag" in the instructions is misleading.
