turbo subs not working

I paid for and downloaded turbo subs but all i keep getting is

Unable to open[c programdata/oberon/games/turbosubs/gamelog]log file

c render bear::c render bear (void histancevoid)

non of my other games did that i need help

STILL NOT WORKING !!! JUST BOUGHT TONIGHT DEC 1 08 I WANT MY MONEYBACK OR GET IT WORKING!!!!!

I am having the same problem.... please advise.

Mine was working fine, and now I'm getting the same error. The file is not where the game is installed, and the properties on the game are correct, but it keeps giving me that error. I also would like a fix or my money back.

I'm having the same problem, has anyone solved this problem? If so, please tell me how to resolve it,,thank you.
