sling shot

I have tryed and tryed to lift the twig to make the sling shot but all I keep getting are the two cog wheels, any suggestions,please? (I have the glasses)

you need to combine the elastic band with the twig to make the slingshot. The band is found on the glasses

I used the yellow shoe horn to get the twig.
