updated version to fix bugs?

hi all, lovin CM3 but have come across an irritating glitch in fairycakes day 11, am playing this as the 5th world, and don't know if the same thing would happen if i played it as the 3rd world, for example, or for another world if i restarted and had, say, egypt as the 5th world

anyway, the game freezes totally mouse is inactive and the music sounds like an old LP with a bad scratch lol ~ happens randomly, not always, and doesn't seem to always happen at same point in the level (by the time left on clock it can be early or late in the day) and there is no way around it but to hit the old reset button, trying to minimize game and close it from taskbar, or calling up task mgr, doesn't do anything ~ it is well and truly frozen

was looking at forums at sandlot site and saw much talk about newer versions released to fix bugs ~ they are up to V1.03 or something (i think)

end of this longwinded story is .... was wondering if anyone knows when (or IF) will make the newest version available for us to update their version of the game?

OR ~ anyone else have the same problem and figure a way around it?

I've managed to get thru the level more than once but i'm stubbornly trying to achieve expert on EVERY level and i've hit a brick wall with this one ~ so i'm replaying over and over again, and eventually get the game freeze ~ maybe it's just the repeated plays of same level that does it but i don't think so, i've done the same on some other tough levels and never had this happen anywhere else

any ideas?
