Eight cards

I have found the eight cards and put them where they belong, but now what do I do? I don't seem to even have a hint anywhere as to what to do with them, except that they will help me find the child.

They will light up white if correct. You should the be able to go to the next room

They light up white? I don’t get this! When I find the cards and try to work with them they are already bright white. How much whiter will the cards get? (As I scratch my head)
I would appreciate a little better explanation and I am not trying to be horrible or rude. I love this forum and would just like this explanation explained a little better or another suggestion. I really need to know how to get out of this room. Hugs

Click on the far right of the wall where the symbols are glowing and you will get a close view of the puzzle. Then you need to put opposing symbols in the space opposite each other on the spokes of the circle wheel. For example the plus sign opposite the minus sign, the female sign opposite the male sign, the up arrow opposite the down arrow and so on. When the symbols are in the right place they will glow a bright bluish white.

That’s great, it works. The cards glow a bright red color but nothing happens. So what do I do next? Help and big hugs!

You might have one of the cards miss-placed:

the male symbol has to be opposite the female symbol
the (x )has to be opposite the (ll )symbol
the (+ )symbol has to be opposite of the (-)
the 3 horizontal squiggly lines have to be opposite the other 3 vertical squiggly lines ( water and fire)
half moon opposite the sun ( circle with dot in the middle)
square opposite the circle
up arrow opposite the down arrow
arrow pointing right opposite arrow pointing left

Can you tell us which seven you have found? What were their locations?
