Basically you want to make one each of the smoothies, and the ice cream ahead of time. Do your best to color match and use the jukebox whenever you can. I don't remember which levels gave me the hardest time though.

I wasn't trying to correct you, sorry if it appeared that way. You're right, you don't want to try and anticipate the fried foods as they would be ruined. I suppose one sandwich could always be made as well.

Craftylady,
For the last two levels sometimes you have a lot of close to getting mad (and losing) customers. In that case you've just got to get them out of there even if you can't make a lot of long chaining bonuses.
