If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

Game Compatibility
While we can offer a known solution for technical issues in the Forums, or other tech savvy pond residents can swim by with good tips and suggestions, we cannot provide the same excellent level of support provided by our Customer Support team.
The Forums are not very well suited for the kinds of information gathering and troubleshooting that get these types of issues corrected quickly.
If there is a problem with the game, our Support Team can also gather necessary information on what types of computers are being affected by the problem and deliver this information to the developer for a fix.
If you are not able to get a game working properly using our Help pages, please get in touch with our Customer Support team, you can find a link to contact our Support team on the front page of our Help pages.
When posting in this thread and also when contacting our Support Team, it would be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide you with the appropriate support as quickly as possible.

Windows 10 PC,
I was unable to add a profile name, every time I tried it would kick me out of the game. So just playing under player, things seem to be ok, I am only on level 5.

I had exactly the same experience. Tried two or three times to create a profile, but the game dumped to a small black window, which I closed. At least I didn't have to restart my computer, was able to immediately restart the game. Also using Windows 10 on a Dell 8900 XPS with NVidia GeForce GTX 745 GPU. Was able to play the entire trial as long as I didn't use a profile.

There is definitely an issue with the spray paint can. I also got stuck with this on level 15. I started the game again with a new profile, and now it has happened on level 11.
When I click on the billboard it says I need the paint, even though the inventory shows I have one, and because there are no more berries, I am unable to make another can, so cannot progress.
Update: started again with a third profile, and the same happened, this time on level 10. I'm giving up now until this is fixed. I am also on Windows 10.

The Iron Shop still shows a label indicating that it is level 1 even after you've upgraded it and even after you've applied the upgrade bonus. It does, however, give you the additional amounts of iron, so the problem is really just with the label. It took me quite a while to figure this all out. Hope the developers can fix this error. It was very confusing to me for some time.
