SPOILER ALERT

Have you found the firelighters (box in pantry), lighter (on piano), kindling (in basket by fire) and logs (outside in woodbarn)? To get the logs you need to have listened in full to all 3 messages on the answering machine.

Then you should be able to add above to the fire (in correct order) and it will light.
